Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g. Pandas, Matplotlib)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- No prior experience required but knowledge of basic machine learning concepts is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to prepare them for modeling
- Build predictive models using various techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Test and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics
- Continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of existing models
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
