Concierge Specialist
Concierge specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing daily operations at a luxury hotel or residential building. As the first point of contact for guests or residents, the concierge specialist must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to fulfill all requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests or residents with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and car rentals
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and tours as requested by guests or residents
- Handle complaints or concerns from guests or residents with professionalism and address them appropriately
- Maintain an organized concierge desk area and keep an updated inventory of amenities and services available
- Train new staff members on proper concierge procedures and standards
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to ensure seamless operations
- Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and restaurants to provide accurate recommendations to guests or residents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with computer systems (e.g. reservations software)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Location: Acre, Israel (accommodation provided)
Salary: $1600/month
