Part-Time Office Assistant
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Must have accommodation in Nizwa or be willing to relocate at own cost
