Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office setting and be able to work without accommodation. This position is suitable for men who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
