Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and video conferencing
- Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to clients
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of financial products (training will be provided)
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere as long as you have a stable internet connection.

Preference:
While this position is open for both men and women, we would prefer candidates who are based in Luxembourg or have the ability to relocate there.
