Hotel Sales Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel



We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience in the hospitality industry.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will work closely with the hotel's senior management team to identify potential markets, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Monitor competition and suggest pricing strategies to maximize profits
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Provide timely reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or relevant field (preferred)
- Proven experience in hospitality sales or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1400 per month.
