Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize hotel bookings and revenue. You will also oversee the sales team and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new guests and increase bookings
- Identify potential business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new target markets
- Manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, pricing strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and meet sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
