Manager - Operations and Strategy

As a Manager of Operations and Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company in El-Ain. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Your duties will include managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to provide regular updates on the progress of projects and address any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and data analysis. Experience in project management is also beneficial. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
