Part-Time Facade Technician
Location: Remish, Country (Nationality preference: Open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Facade Technician to join our team in Remish. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades and exterior cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install various types of facade systems such as glass, aluminum, stone, and metal panels.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing facades.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with facades.
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed.
- Ensure proper safety measures are followed at all times.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade installation and maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of different facade materials, techniques, and tools.
- Ability to read building plans and specifications.
- Good physical strength and ability to work at heights.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
