Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant in our growing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is proficient in office tasks and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing schedules and appointments for team members
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly attitude
- Ensuring the office is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
