Job Title: Guest Services Concierge


As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at our hotel in Pokhara. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist with various needs during their stay. Your main duties will include greeting and welcoming guests, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and handling any special requests or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including room allocations and key handling
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local points of interest
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, transportation services, etc.
- Handle any special requests or concerns from guests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in Pokhara to provide recommendations to guests

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Pokhara's attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month with accommodation provided.
