Concierge Assistant - Pokhara, Nepal

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests and assisting with their needs during their stay in Pokhara, Nepal. You will be the first point of contact for guests and must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a contract position that does not include accommodation, but offers a competitive salary of 1000$. We also provide a free visa and ticket for non-Nepali citizens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and services
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and transportation arrangements
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and services
