Handyman Technician
A reputable construction company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and experience in various maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, as well as experience in painting and general labor.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Install new fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or hazards
- Assist with general labor tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in handyman or general maintenance work
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
