We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Consultant to join our team in Ashdod. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent online support and assistance to our customers. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Answer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction by providing effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to accurately assist customers
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and service quality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
