We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and guidance to our clients through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries through various online platforms
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open communication and trust
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' activities
- Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role in the e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, live chat, and social media platforms
- Knowledge of sales principles will be considered an advantage

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Our office is located in Ashdod but remote work may also be available.
