Receptionist
We are hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services or products
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
