We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals in achieving our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration and open communication
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner
- Set clear goals and targets for the team and track progress towards achieving them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving results
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
