Part-Time Junior Civil Engineer
Location: Clairvaux, France


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Clairvaux. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various civil engineering projects, including site surveys, design calculations, and construction supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in civil engineering and a willingness to learn and develop their skills on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with site surveys and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct design calculations and create technical drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning and execution
- Conduct quality control inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or co-op experience in civil engineering
- Knowledge of French language for effective communication with local contractors and authorities

Salary: $900 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
