Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors.
- Develop project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans.
- Communicate effectively with all team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Acre, Israel
