We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's network and computer systems. This includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading hardware and software, as well as monitoring system performance and security.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in network administration, system administration, and IT support. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of various operating systems, such as Windows and Linux, is essential. Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform necessary fixes
- Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Maintain data backups for disaster recovery purposes
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Provide technical support for users' hardware & software issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience in configuring routers, switches & firewalls
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network problems effectively
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) & server management tools (e.g. Active Directory)
- Familiarity with backup & recovery software
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work independently
