Loader Supervisor - Ajman, UAE



We are seeking an experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles. This role is suitable for men who are Indian nationals and have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Ensure that all loading procedures are carried out safely and efficiently
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of loaded materials and inventory levels
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs to management
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Loader Supervisor or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to work on a contract basis with free visa and ticket provided
