Restaurant Manager

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Al-Khor. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budgeting, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of quality in food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
