Indian Merchandiser in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait


We are hiring an experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting. The role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and implement visual displays, create product presentations, and analyze market trends to optimize sales.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to understand product requirements and develop merchandising strategies
- Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends for management review

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Ar Rumaythiyah or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in merchandising required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and current market trends
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
