Job Title: Preservation Architect

Join our team as a Preservation Architect in Clairvaux! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced architect to help preserve and restore historic buildings and structures. As a Preservation Architect, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure that historic buildings are preserved and maintained according to strict guidelines. You will also be responsible for developing preservation plans, conducting site assessments, and overseeing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop preservation plans for historic buildings and structures
- Conduct site assessments to determine necessary repairs and restoration work
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure that preservation work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Obtain necessary approvals from government agencies for preservation projects
- Oversee construction projects and provide guidance on preservation techniques
- Conduct research on historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably with a focus on preservation
- Knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and guidelines related to preservation
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and government agencies
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
