Job Title: Instrument Technician
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and calibration on a wide range of electronic and pneumatic instruments used in the oil and gas industry. You will work with a team of technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot instrument issues, perform regular preventive maintenance, and ensure all equipment meets safety standards. This is a part-time position located in Dar Kulaib, without accommodation provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply, but applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry. You should have a strong understanding of electronic and pneumatic systems, as well as experience with calibration tools and techniques. A technical diploma or equivalent certification is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on electronic and pneumatic instruments
- Troubleshoot and diagnose instrument issues
- Complete necessary repairs or replacements
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of electronic and pneumatic systems
- Experience with calibration tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)
