Seasonal Barista in Acre

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Barista to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers with exceptional customer service. This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1300.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to our company's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and handling payments
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed while preparing food items
- Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed
- Follow all health code regulations while handling food and drinks
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts according to business needs
