Industrial Architect vacancy in Jerusalem Israel

Part-time Industrial Architect
As a part-time Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities in Jerusalem. This role is suitable for men who have a strong passion for architecture and are looking for a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for industrial building projects
- Create detailed designs and plans, including blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and building codes
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create designs and make changes as needed
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make recommendations for materials, equipment, and construction methods to ensure the best quality results within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture design
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Jerusalem
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Jerusalem but may require occasional travel within the city.
