We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Manama. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. Your main duties will include mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must have a valid work visa and be able to provide your own transportation
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs by measuring ingredients and mixing them according to recipes
- Knead, roll, cut or shape dough into various shapes before placing it in the oven
- Monitor baking process for various types of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Adjust oven temperatures as needed for different types of baked goods
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Inspect finished products for quality and presentation
- Clean workstations and equipment after use
