Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Egypt



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share. As a Sales Manager, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and creating reports for management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales revenue and market share
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Analyze data on sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends to identify areas for improvement
- Create reports for management on sales activities, targets, and results
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure efficient operations
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Motivate team members to reach their full potential through coaching and performance evaluations
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or CRM software
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Experience in developing strategic plans for increasing revenue and market share
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken) is preferred but not required

- Valid work permit for Egypt and willingness to relocate to Al-Rayyan

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300 USD per month.
