Hotel Sales Manager


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Your ultimate goal will be to increase revenue and profitability for our hotel in Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets set by the hotel management
- Identify potential clients, conduct market research and build relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry
- Proactively approach potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and trade shows
- Conduct site visits for potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop promotional packages and offers to attract new business
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to the hotel management team
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas if not already located in the city
