Project Manager


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, create timelines and milestones, allocate resources, and manage project risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Track project expenses and maintain budget control
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels
- Proficient in using project management software such as Asana or Trello
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
