Part-Time Restaurant Manager
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (Preference for Syrian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Manage and train staff members to maintain quality standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of success in increasing sales and managing staff effectively

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1000 per month.
