Our growing company in Acre, Israel is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Monitor project budget and report any deviations or variances
- Provide regular updates on project progress to management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members
- Experience using project management software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
