Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Review and approve invoices for materials and services provided by contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or related role
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Procore)
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
