Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machinery according to safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the machinery
- Monitor production output and adjust settings as needed for optimal efficiency
- Complete routine maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning and lubricating parts
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working in the factory
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Factory Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work long hours if needed
