Junior Architectural Designer

As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in the creation of architectural designs and plans for various projects. You will work closely with senior designers and architects to develop detailed drawings, models, and renderings. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing presentations, and communicating with clients. You must have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in relevant software programs. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the field of architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects on design projects
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and other relevant information
- Prepare presentations for clients using graphics, diagrams, and other visual aids
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling and budgeting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is preferred

Salary: $900 per month
