Computer Support Specialist - Beer-Sheva



We are a dynamic and growing technology company seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and updating computer hardware, software, and networks for clients
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely or on-site
- Providing training and support to clients on how to use various systems and software
- Identifying and recommending improvements in hardware and software systems
- Maintaining accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborating with other team members to solve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking protocols

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
