Entry-Level Crane Operator
Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates


We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Crane Operator to join our team in Ajman. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on our construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain valuable skills and training.

Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for UAE
- Women are encouraged to apply for this role

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure safety and report any malfunctions or defects
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment according to project plans and safety protocols
- Communicate with team members on the ground using hand signals or radio communication
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any incidents or accidents immediately

Salary:
Starting salary for this role is 1000$ per month with potential for growth within the company. We also offer benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
