Waiter/Waitress - Manama, Bahrain


We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet the guest's expectations
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with setting up tables, arranging decorations, and preparing dining areas for special events or occasions
- Process payments accurately using electronic or manual systems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
