Job Title: Waiter/Waitress at a Busy Restaurant in Manama



We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Manama. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously
- Keep tables clean and organized, resetting them for the next guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required
- Fluent English language skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
