Part Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Part Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As a computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and maintaining their computer systems. This is a part time position with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
