Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups
- Train clients on how to use various hardware and software applications
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Own visa for working in Jerusalem (preferred)

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
