The Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Medina, Saudi Arabia. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and hiring contractors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and addressing any cost overruns
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed for specific tasks or areas of expertise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month. Candidates who are Pakistani or Egyptian nationals are preferred. This position does not require prior experience but candidates must have a valid biometric passport. Part-time positions are not available for this role.
