Job Title: Construction Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process including planning, organizing, and coordinating projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising a team of construction workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Hire, train, and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Review and approve invoices for materials and labor costs
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1200$ per month
