Architecture Manager - Dickirch


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in the architecture industry in Dickirch or have knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
