Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and support staff
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Liaise with clients and contractors to address any issues or concerns
- Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure profitability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction processes and materials

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month. Final salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Dickirch. Candidates who are willing to relocate or commute to this location are preferred.
