Contract Sales Manager



As a Contract Sales Manager for our company in Jerusalem, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities within the organization. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them.
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and projections.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products/services, pricing, and policies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus).
- Valid work permit for Israel (visa sponsorship available for non-Israeli candidates).
