Administrative Director in Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Lusail. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the company. This includes managing a team of administrative staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Indian or African nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions including but not limited to office management, human resources, finance, and procurement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to upper management
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
Salary: 1400$ per month
