Office Assistant in Dickirch, Luxembourg
The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This is a full-time position in Dickirch, Luxembourg with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested by the team
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and data entry
- Keep the office area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French or German language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
