Project Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources
- Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed according to schedule
- Identify potential issues or delays and proactively implement solutions
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular status reports
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Ensure that projects adhere to company standards and meet client expectations for quality
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies
- Generate project performance reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, engineering, or computer science)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
